Good to know
Very quiet neighborhood, this cozy cottage has a fenced in private backyard. Short walk to a private beach. Located In Dennis, MA - 10 mins from the nicest beaches Cape Cod has to offer. Mayflower Beach, Bayview Beach, Corporation Beach, Chapin Beach, just to name a few.
House Rules
BASIC HOUSE RULES 1) No gathering larger than your documented amount of guests. Any larger gatherings / parties will be reported by neighborhood watch and action will be taken (Penalties/legal action/removal) 2) No fires in the fireplace or backyard (NO FIRES) 3) Make sure you wash all of your dishes before leaving. 4) There is an exterior camera to verify the amount of guests, this is a non recording device. Extra guests must be disclosed and compensated for. Again, no parties are allowed 5. Thermostat in the summer should NOT be below 70 degrees as the unit will freeze us and you won't have any AC - In the winter, please keep the heat above 58 degrees. 6. Please clean up after your pets, should we find you did not, an addtional cleaning fee of $100 will be added. 7. Please be checked out on time, should you make the cleaning person miss their appointment you will be charged double the cleaning fee.
Other Details to Note
The fireplace is a non working fireplace. Although it is in our photos, it does not work. We have a queen sofa bed and an air mattress. The home will comfortably sleep 6 but can accommodate 8.

The home is close to some of the best beaches on Cape Cod. Corporation beach, Mayflower beach, Bayview beach, Chapin beach and more. There is a grocery store at Patriots Square, roughly a 10 minute drive. The home is very central to many things on Cape Cod

Guests have the entire property to themselves for the duration of their stay. The laundry area can be found in the basement.
Find us
You can bike at the near by “Rail Trail” that goes from Yarmouth to Truro. You can Uber to the public beaches to avoid the beach parking fees in the Summer months.
